My Library Media update isn't working

When you click on Update Media Library and it starts to load and stops (for longer than 10 mins).
This could be 1 of a dozen different issues.
Please make sure that you are not uploading any other file types other than .mp3 extension.
(This includes, but not limited to: m4a, wma, wmv, mp4, cda, txt, ini, wav, htm, html, php, db, etc)

Be sure you are "ONLY" uploading MP3 files. If you accidentally upload a non-mp3 file, please delete the file first before running the update media library. If you do not remove the file first, this could cause some issues when you run the update and cause the update to get stuck part way through. (Image files like jpg, png, gif are okay, the other files are not)

We can't stress enough that you check your file extensions before you upload. Make sure they are MP3 files.
If you make your own "Station IDs" and use windows default recorder, it will only save as a wav file. If you want a free recording program, check out Audacity and download. With this program you can save your recordings as MP3.
If (and only if), all your files are mp3 files, and the Update Media Library sticks for longer than 10 mins, and states that its finished, but does not show the "return" button, Please submit a ticket to us, and we will get your files updated manually.
(Just to note, we will check for any other files other than mp3 and if we find them we will need to remove them)

Make sure you are saving any music files as MP3.
